Multiple ways to check in
The primary check-in flow starts at a kiosk: a parent searches for their family, selects which children to check in, and the system prints name tags and a parent receipt automatically. But kiosk mode is not the only option. Staff can check families in manually from a tablet, or parents can scan a QR code to speed up the process. All methods feed the same live dashboard.

CHILD SAFETY
Security codes and QR-verified pickup
Every check-in generates a unique security code that appears on both the child's name tag and the parent's receipt. At pickup, the parent scans the QR code on their receipt at a kiosk or enters the security code manually. The system verifies the match before the child is released. No code match, no release.

When a family completes check-in, two things print: a name tag for each child and a parent receipt. Tags print the moment check-in completes — no extra steps.
